Godly Altars and Evil Altars

An altar is a sacred place where sacrifices and offerings are made to deities. In the Bible, righteous men built altars to the true and living God Jehovah while others erected altars to false and demonic gods.
For many individuals today, evil altars may have been erected by their parents or ancestors knowingly or unknowingly dedicated to demonic spirits or false gods. These altars, though abandoned, may still be spiritually active and causing affliction, setbacks, and stagnation in the lives of their descendants. Simply ignoring or abandoning such altars is not enough; they must be destroyed and replaced with altars dedicated to the Lord God Almighty.
What Evil Altars Do:
• They corrupt and pervert destinies.
• They serve as platforms for satanic covenants.
• They empower demonic forces over individuals, families, and even entire nations.
• They work to destroy and prevent marriages.
• They initiate curses, bondage, and stagnation.
“They sacrificed unto devils, not to God…” – Deuteronomy 32:17 (KJV)
We Christians engage in spiritual warfare to destroy evil altars and rebuild the altar of God in our lives.
